Staying Well
At Synthesis Rehab we believe in preventing problems before they arise. Our philosophy is about helping people maintain their health and well-being in the face of life's challenges and the passing of the years.
We offer consultations for people who don't have any movement problems but who want to discuss how to stay fit, well and independent.
Examples may include:
- Postural advice
- Ergonomic advice
- Exercise and fitness
- Foot health
- Maintaining flexibility
- Managing aches and pains
- Getting out and about
- Maintaining a healthy weight
We believe that this is a service that could benefit any adult, and would make the perfect gift for a loved-one who is motivated to work hard at staying well as they get older.
We offer vouchers which can be given as gifts and redeemed when appointments are booked.
